Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing
Are these really the final prices?
Yes. All prices are net, plus the statutory 19 % German VAT — no setup fee, no deposit, no year-end reconciliation. Only optional add-ons like a locker or mail service are extra, and only if you book them.
How long does the contract run?
All monthly packages are cancellable at the end of the month — no minimum contract, no automatic 12-month renewal. Day passes require no contract at all.
Can I upgrade to a larger package later?
Yes, any time. You can upgrade by email or directly in the booking system — for example from FLEXI Desk to FIX Desk or into a private office. The new price starts the following month.
Is the business address suitable for the German commercial register?
Yes. Our address (Bachstraße 3-5, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr) is approved as an official registered office for business registration, commercial register (HRB), imprint and tax office correspondence. It is included in all monthly coworking packages, private offices and in the Virtual Office plan.
How does payment work?
For monthly packages you pay by SEPA direct debit at the beginning of the month. Day passes and meeting rooms can be booked online with credit card, PayPal or direct debit. You always receive an invoice with VAT shown for your bookkeeping.
What does a trial day cost?
A full trial day including WiFi, coffee, tea and meeting room access is free. You commit to nothing — just come in and try it.
Which package is right for me?
Rule of thumb: 1-2 days a week here → day pass. Several times a week with a business address → FLEXI Desk (€130). Every day, your own fixed desk → FIX Desk (€180). Complete privacy and a team → private office. Not sure? Book a trial day and we will help you choose on site.
